We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analysis history is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@ln-predict.com.

When an account is deleted, all associated analyses and personal data are removed from our systems within 30 days.

Lead form data collected via Facebook is retained for up to 90 days for follow-up purposes, then deleted.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), webhook signature verification, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

LN AI is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18 we will terminate their account immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
